Foil Deadeye Navigator is $17.00! SCG is a little bullish on this, because the markup over TCG player is a little higher than usual. TCG mid is at 13.88. Once we passed the banned and restricted announcement, they  upped their price. Make no mistake; this card is very powerful in commander. Every enter the battlefield  effect on a creature can be triggered for a blue and a colorless, and every time you use the ability you can soulbond with a different creature. Almost everything gets out of hand quickly. Just an Acidic Slime or Eternal Witness become backbreaking, and targeted removal is nearly useless because they can just blink it out in response.

If this were a mythic, it would be destined for $50.00 in short order. Being a rare is still alright though. It has been out for 2 years now, and most growth in commander staples see an increase in price after 3 – 4 years, so I believe that there is still a good amount of growth if you’re comfortable with the risk of banning.

Scavenging Ooze from M14 is down to $6.00! It didn’t get reprinted in M15, so now is a fine time to start picking them up from the people looking to dump for rotation. If you want to go deep, like I do, I don’t advise waiting to see if they will make it down to $5.00. The longer you wait, the more of them that will be sold to vendors or traded to other speculators. I already have 20 and am looking to pick up more.

Mutavault, on the other hand, is still holding $25. Both of these will be played in modern and have some value, but I think Mutavault has a lot further to fall. It only sees play in a few decks in Modern, namely Merfolk and Goblins, neither of which have a huge following, meanwhile there are several heavily played decks that want Scavenging Ooze.
