Did you know?

Ancient Ziggurat from Conflux is $3.00 and sold out on Star City Games! This uncommon is rarely played in tournament circles, but casual players, cube builders, and commander players keep its price high.

Did you know?

Shattering Spree from Guildpact is $4.00! This uncommon dwarfs the $1.50 price of Mortify from the same set. Mortify has seen several reprints (3 including Conspiracy, and 4 including textless) while Shattering Spree has only been printed once. Shattering Spree is one of several choices red mages have against artifacts, but it’s resiliency against countermagic and its scalability make it a strong choice. I am not sure that these are the only factors causing such a high price for a rarely played uncommon, but its been expensive for quite a while.

I don’t have any correlating targets for you today, but I wanted to show that narrow cards that haven’t been reprinted can hold value too. This may be why Graffdigger’s Cage is starting to see a respectable price; it does its thing efficiently and hasn’t been reprinted.
